As many of you know, CPSIA legislation is pending that could require extremely expensive testing on all products intended for children under the age of 12. The good news is that this legislation that was supposed to go into effect on February 10, 2009 has been delayed one year. The impact of this legislation on small businesses and crafters has been recognized and is being reviewed. While my products are safe, I cannot afford the high cost of the testing requirements if this does go into effect. This has forced me to reevaluate my business plan.

At this time, I will continue to sell remaining inventory on my website. I will not be investing in any new supplies. Therefore, I will not be taking custom orders. I will make new items with my existing inventory of materials and will only list what I have already made. Most items will be one of a kind. You may email me and request to be put on a list for notification when new items are stocked. Restocking will most likely begin this spring. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
